It's Over: Why Bill Ayers Won't Save John McCain
I really want to believe in what Howard Wolfson is saying... but I feel like he's almost underestimating the partisanship, racism, and ignorance that will certainly have an affect on this election.
From my perspective, facing the biggest economic crisis since the 1930's, it seems reckless to elect John McCain (who has admitted that he doesn't really understand the economy) and Sarah Palin (who clearly lacks knowledge and experience on national issues). For some reason though... about 40% of the nation is still lined up to vote for them.
I'm not about to count them out yet.
